Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may have their withdrawal requests delayed or their accounts restricted.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ze888 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to completed KYC verification.
